May is National Runners' Month! We will be having group runs/walks on May 10th and 24th. We will meet at the office at 6pm and start with some stretches and core exercises then we will run/walk through the neighborhood for about 2-3miles. There will be a jog/run group and a walk/jog group so everyone can join the fun! Please RSVP as soon as possible.
