Common Running Injuries:
Plantar Fasciitis
Achilles Tendinitis
Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome / Shin Splints
Iliotibial Band Syndrome / IT-Band Pain
Patellafemoral Pain / Anterior Knee Pain
Muscle Strain / Muscle Pull
Stress Fracture

Treatment Hints: In Our Office...

All injuries are treated with Graston Technique, stretching (PNF), rehabilitation exercises, 
and making sure you have proper footwear!

Average Treatment time: 2-4 weeks!

If you read we still encourage exercise throughout treatment...Not rest! 

Only Stress Fracture should be rested or taken to Non-weight bearing exercises:

Swimming!
